Hi

What's the exact meaning for
unsaved-value="undefined" when used with composite-id element?

The ref manual doesn't exactly say its meaning.

Thanks,

I don't think that composite-id affects the meaning of "undefined". Undefined means that hibernate must never guess whether an entity is transient or detached, it must always do a select from the DB to figure it out.
