Hi all,

I am new to nhibernate, I manage to use it with simple fields like string.
However I have an issue with arrays. I was wondering what would be the best way to save an array (e.g. array of double) in a database ?

Thanks for you help,
Sylvain

Can you tell us more about your database structure? That is, are the doubles stored in a single field in the same table as the containing entity or are they individually stored in a child table?

Hi,

Actually that is what I am interested to know. I have an array of values (e.g double[] myValues = new double[10]) but I am not sure how to store is. Having a separate table sound cumbersome whereas storing the data in a blob probably make it hard to retrieve. I was just wondering if there was a more elegant solution and if not what would be the best.

Thanks for your time.
Sylvain
