 Post subject: Delete many to many association

Hi!

I have to classes User and Project, they are m:n mapped.

I tried to remove the relationship between them with:
List l=us.getProjectList();
l.remove(p);
us.setProjectList(l);

us is a User;

But it doesn't work, can anybody help me?
