Hi..

I need to set the flushMode to FlushMode.COMMIT. I can do this explicity within my application code but was wondering if it can be done declaratively in the hibernate configuration file or using spring config for specific methods..

I have had a good look around the web and can only find examples of people setting the flush mode programmatically on the session object. Can it be done in the config file?

Thanks,

Rob.

Not that I know of.

But you have many ways of configuring some sort of interceptors - on web and ejb3 stuff - which will handle this for you.
