Hi,

I'm not sure if this is a Hibernate problem or something to do with the way I'm setting up Spring. Hibernate is my best guess, so I thought I'd post it to this forum first and then Spring later.

The SQL I'm generating never seems to use apostrophes around its literals and never escapes strings persisted to the database. Is there a setting I'm missing? I'm using the Postgres Hibernate dialect - is there an issue with this?

Any help would be appreciated,

Thanks,

Dan.
