How can I determine in a business/domain object if one or more of its associated objects/collections has actually been fetched?

I need to be able to validate an object graph (starting at the root object), but I do not want to validate objects that have not been loaded.

Any help would be greatfully appreciated.

Try NHibernateUtil.IsInitialized(proxy). Works for me.

Cheers,

Symon.
