Hibernate version:3.1.2

How can i enable bulk insert?
How can i make multiple insert?

We try batch insert with/without c3p0 but it's not sufficient.

Did you try setting

hibernate.jdbc.batch_size

in you hibernate.cfg-xml ?

it's the same thing!

hibernate.jdbc.batch_size is used during load (select)
not during save (insert).

I want to do one insert with multiple statements.

Unfortunatelly hibernate does not support this yet. It has been discussed here in the forum and there is a solution although it's a hack of some sort. I had the similar problem on a project i worked on a we solved it by passing string-represented objects to stored procedure which performed actual insert. Not a very slik solution but we needed every bit of performace badly.

the sentence:

Only the INSERT INTO ... SELECT ... form is supported;
not the INSERT INTO ... VALUES ... form.

How can we by-pass it? Any explanation or URL?
