Hi,

I am using the eclipse version 3.1.1, hibernate-tools plug-in 4.1.0-beta 4.

MySQL 5.0 database Driver is mysql-connector-java-3.1.11-bin.jar.

I installed eclipse on windows 2000 and opened a project on LINUX using SAMBA. I was able to compie and run the program.

I was able to create a hibernate.cfg.xml. But I was not able to view the database schema.

The error code shown as below.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This has been resolved after I moved file from network to my local drive.

However there is error when I try to generate code from the database schema

Warning 2006-03-29 16:27:22.31 WARN Worker-9 org.hibernate.tool.hbm2x.template - org.apache.velocity.runtime.exception.ReferenceException: reference : template = TemplateHelper [line 64,column 40] : $compoclass.getJavaTypeName($propertyIdentifier, $jdk5 ) is not a valid reference.

please try and use the latest nightly build instead - will probably have this bug fixed or at least give a better error message for us to track it down.
