Hi, is it possible to configure hibernate log (log4j) ??? A have an aplication where i need to get some information writen in console, but, hibernate writes a lot of log in console... i´d like to disable hibernate log for a while. What can i do?? I can´t find log4j.properties....

in your log4j.properties file include something like:

log4j.logger.org.hibernate=WARN

in hibernate.properties turn of SQL logging with:

## print all generated SQL to the console
hibernate.show_sql false

btw, hibernate ships with a log4.properties template in the ./etc directory that you can use by including it at the root of your classpath.
