Hi,

I've read on many sites, articles and others that copying the schema in the right directory of visual studio (2005) would make the intelisense works in the mapping file..

I had no success yet.
how can i do that?

Thanks

weird, I have both files here: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003\Common7\Packages\schemas\xml

but running 2005, I have perfect intellisense. It obviously knows to look there too.. anyway, you should put it in the respective 2005 directory ofcourse. But I guess you did that.. no luck?

Yeah,

I put
nhibernate-configuration-2.0.xsd
nhibernate-generic.xsd
nhibernate-mapping-2.0.xsd

in the folder

c:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 8\Common 7\Packages\schemas\xml\

and I have no intelisense :(

Any idea?
Do I have to tell my VS to look there?

Thanks

Try this folder instead:

Code:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 8\Xml\Schemas

and obviously, in vs 2005, you can just browse to the schema. See the property pane of the xmleditor
