I want to use Primary Key in the Format pattern such as

PRO-2006-001
PRO-2006-002
PRO-2006-003
.
.
.
PRO-2006-999

How do I generate the primary key

Write your own ID generator (implement NHibernate.Id.IIdentifierGenerator) and specify it in the <generator> element.
