Hello there! I've downloaded the Tools, and unziped at my eclipse directory. I have 3.1.1 version with WTP 1.0 bundle.
Well eclipse does not even lists the plugin on the plugin details screen, and there's nothing wrong at the .log

What else can I do?

run with eclipse -clean to make it rescan the plugin and features dir.
