i already download the jdbc driver from http://jtds.sourceforge.net/ then where should i put the driver (where i have to paste it)

1) I already download the jdbc driver from http://jtds.sourceforge.net/ then where should i put the .jar file. it's inside the C:\eclipse\configuration ?

2) when i start new wizard , i got empty folder on the Hiberate Configuration File (cfg.xml). why it is happend?
