Would it be possible for the team to publish the .PDB files for the current release? For several reasons I both:

1) need to Debug NHibernate
2) don't want to recompile NHibernate because I had to put NHibernate in the GAC, and there are details you REALLY don't want to know.

So to debug it without recompiling it I need the original .PDB files. Unless of course I'm misunderstanding something... I have debugged before, but of course I had to provide my own .snk file, change version numbers, etc. etc.

So could the team please post them? I'm sure lots of people need them... ;-)

As far as I know, the current build process doesn't produce debug files in Release mode.

Hm, I guess that maks sense. Doesn't seem right to have another version compiled with symbols and still having the same version number... so I guess there is really no choice but to recompile our own version, which is a pain.

Best approach is probably to have a separate project just to address specific bugs, and thus avoid the impact of switching versions. Sadly it's more work... ;-)
