In my company for me was taken task, look into how to work ORM algorithm in nHibernate(c#). I`m can`t find necessary info by this theme. Anybody can help me or give some references where it was.

I don't understand your question... Which "algorithm"?
If you want to learn how NHibernate works, you can read its documentation and start with NHibernateEg...
