I'm using SmartClient which talks to nHibernate managers via web services and the IList interface won't serialize for my many-to-many bags. Can I use an object instead of an interface? I tried Array and ArrayList and nHibernate complained about both.

Whats the best way to solve this issue?

Well, I think we've sent an IList interface over the wire before, so it might just be a strange error. Lemme experiment a little.

Nevermind. Please disregard. Error message from WS was misleading.

I'm getting a similar problem, but with IDictionary and ICollection types.

Anyone know the best way around this?
