Is it acceptable to use NHibernate in projects that clients pay for?

Does anyone know of an in depth link to the NHibernate End-User License Agreement (EULA)? Is there one?

Thanks,
Ryan

NHibernate is distributed under LGPL, the exact same license that Hibernate uses. See also http://www.hibernate.org/196.html.

So if I understand it correctly, I can use it in my commercial application as I wish.
And as long as I don't modify it I don't have to release the source code for my application as well?

Yes :)
If you modify NHibernate, you just need to release the modification you did (not your application's source code)

Do we need to include some license or acknowledgement with our executables, that they are using LGPL libraries? The link mentioned above is now dead ...

No, you don't.

The updated link is http://www.hibernate.org/356.html.
