concerning nhibernate 0.8.2.0

Within my hbml.xml file i have
<property name="Inhalt" column="mme_content" type="BinaryBlob"/>

my mapping class has property

public System.Byte[] Inhalt {
get { return content; }
set { content = value; }
}

if i generate the schema-file for NHibernate.Dialect.MsSql2000Dialect
i get a definition of
..., mme_content VARBINARY(255) null,...

which leads in an error when trying to save a content which is fe 7000 bytes large (truncate-error)
if i change the mme_content type in ms-sql-database manually to image, everything works fine.

So what am i making wrong ? why schema for BinaryBlob creates a varbinary(255) which, as far i can see is only capable to hold 255 binary items ?

Or do i have any understanding troubles ?

Specify length="some big number" in your property mapping, it should help.
