It was always thread-safe. The bug had apparently something to do with configuring the same session factory from multiple threads, this isn't supported. Did you have any thread-safety related problems with SessionFactory?

Sorry, I didn't phrase it right.

I think someone told me this will be supported after 0.84:

I just checked it out from my another post. It's some "Guest" made that anouncement. Did you mean 0.84 is not supporting this yet?

What exactly do you actually mean by "this"? That issue refers to a problem that happens when two threads try to configure the same session factory simultaneously. Is this functionality really what you are missing?

Yes. Cause I'd like to create SessionFac in the runtime, not just start time, in some cases like "hot" change cache expiry time etc.

This means creating a new SessionFactory, no ? (you drop the old and use the new one)
In this case, you don't need configuring the same instance using two threads.
