Status of DB2 UDB support?

Hi

The NHibernate wiki doesn't list DB2 UDB in its list of supported databases, but DB2 is included as a supported dialect.

Has anyone had experience with DB2 UDB 8.x and Nibernate?

DB2 UDB should work fine. I created the dialect and driver about a half a year ago and at that time it was the only non-SQL Server dialect that managed to pass all unit tests.

Note that is tested with DB2 UDB 8.1 on Windows. Unix versions should also work, but there might be issues with the AS400/Mainframe versions because they use a slightly different SQL dialect.

Thanks! We will be using DB2 UDB on AIX so no need for mainframe DB2.
