How is getSchemaSeparator functionality supported in hibernate 3.1 for database dialects? I noticed that the getSchemaSeparator method on org.hibernate.dialect.Dialect class is removed in 3.1.
I am using Oracle 9 database.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

however, in consideration of backwards compatibility, it would have been nice if
the method getSchemaSeparator() had been modified to return the correct char
rather than simply removed.
