I have an arquitecture with databases supported with SQL Server and DB2. It is possible to integrate both servers with mapping tables with hibernate?
Is there a DRDA solution with hibernate?

If you by DRDA mean Distributed Relational Database Architecture then that is not the job for hibernate, it is the job of some lower layer - like the JDBC layer or database.
