I am using the following query in my mapping file:

<query name="testquery"><![CDATA[from testtable]]></query>

I am getting this error:

The content of elements must consist of well-formed character data or markup. Nested exception: The content of elements must consist of well-formed character data or markup.

I don't see anything wrong with this query. Does anybody see anything wrong here?

I copied the query element to my mapping file and I was able to view this xml on the browser. Just make sure that there are no whitespaces in the
<![CDATA[ and ]]> portions, for some reason my eclipse doesnt like it (not sure whether that is the standard).
