 Post subject: validate annotation was read from static constant field

hi, all

i place some validation annotation on static constant field for validationg my dynamic bean. but the new version validation framework read thease tags out and throw exceptions. I think it should be improved.

and InvalidValue class should implements Serializable, I can't pass it from RMI
