Hi, I just updated my Hibernate tool to the Alpha5 version.

I am running Eclipse 3.1 with GEF 3.1.

Every time when I attempt to bring up the Hibernate Entity Model view, I get this:
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/eclipse/draw2d/geometry/Point

I had verified that org.eclipse.draw2d_3.1.0.jar is installed and that's where the class is. I had also run Eclipse with the -clean option.

But I still keep getting this very same error. Can someone shed some lights on what I might be doing wrong?

try remove ECLIPSE_HOME/configuration/org.eclipse.* directories and restart eclipse

(clean doesn't help in 3.1 always)

Tried that. Now I just get a different exception:
java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: org.eclipse.swt.graphics.GC.getAdvanced()Z
at org.eclipse.draw2d.SWTGraphics.init(SWTGraphics.java:707)

Anymore suggestions? I realize it is probably more of an Eclipse question than the Hibernate tool question now. But it's puzzling because I haven't changed my Eclipse configuration/installation except for installing alpha5 today.

yes it is weird since i have verifications from many people that it just worked.

have you tried installing on a 100% clean environment ? Maybe you have some older plugins which conflicts with the WTP 0.7 and GEF/Draw2d libs
