In the dialogue "Hibernate Artifact Generation" I specify directory with customized templates javaclass.vm

However this customized templates is not being used. The default template from the jar is used!

Is this a bug or missing function?

your template name has to be "correct", e.g. pojo/javaclass.vm for the pojo stuff.

look into hibernatetools.jar and see the dir layout.

yes, we need to document this one better or maybe just make it much easier to do ;)

if you have xxx/pojo/javaclass.vm you use xxx as the template dir.

ok, you are right. I was irritated because the GUI show an error "No templates (*.vm) found in template directory"
