Hi Friends -

We are using the ehcache with hibernate and spring. The application is deployed in JBoss app server.

When the application throws a runtime exception, we are getting an error saying the Cache is not alive. That means the CacheManager is shutdown.
Is the CacheManager shutdown by hibernate when there is a runtime exception?

Is there any way to make sure the CacheManager is not shutdown when the application throws runtime exception.

Due to this our application is blocked.

Any help in this regard is appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
