Hello,
I am new to Hibernate, and my team already has hibernate working with a mySQL database. We would like to add ssl functionality to our connections, and I am having a hard time finding information on how I can go about doing this. I would appreciate any help or gudiance I can get redarding this issue.

Wrong layer, this has nothing to do with Hibernate. Consult the MySQL JDBC driver documentation.
