Hibernate annotations + tool support

I was wondering, does Hibernate tool for schema generation works with annotated clasess?

I read in the documentation that the SchemaExport tool is only for mapping files, in this case schema generation with this tool may will be impossible. Check http://ant.apache.org/ for more documentation about schema export.

Well, I'm working with Hibernate Annotations and the SchemaExport works just fine. :)
