Hi all

I am new to Hibernate and I was following the steps in the road map

I downloaded the latest version of ant 1.6.5

and when I typed

> ant eg

I had the following error

Buildfile: build.xml

BUILD FAILED
/home/mdeyab/Desktop/hibernate-3.0/build.xml:106: taskdef A class needed by class org.apache.tools.ant.taskdefs.optional.junit.JUnitTask cannot be found: junit/framework/Test

Total time: 1 second

I really need help

try to add the junit-jar to your ant/lib - directory.
Perhaps you haven't got one there ...

if you use eclipse do the following :

window -> preference -> Ant -> Runtime -> Ant Home Entries -> Add Jar

And add the jar junitxxx.jar

It should work fine.
