Hi,

I recently installed this Hibernate eclipse plugin from JBoss (http://www.hibernate.org/255.html).

Hibernate version:3.0

When trying to select any option from the plugin, I am getting the following error -

The selected wizard could not be started.

Reason:
Plug-in org.hibernte.eclipse.console was unable to load class
org.hibernate.eclipse.console.wizards.NewConfigurationWizard.
************

Please let me know if anyone has seen this before and how to fix it.

The Hibernate eclipse plugin doesn't work in RAD. Rad is on eclipse 3.0 and this plugin work well only with eclipse 3.1.

I also have the same issue. But I am using old version of the hibernate console
name="Hibernate Core Plugin"
version="3.0.0.alpha"
in RAD
