Hibernate 3.0.6 release schedule

Does anyone know when version 3.0.6 will be released? 3.0.5 has a bug which I cannot get around but has been fixed in 3.0.6.

Right now we are focused on getting 3.1 beta out the door (this weekend-ish, probably).

After that, we will take a careful look at bugfixes done to 3.1 and decide which ones are important things that should be backported to 3.0.x and decide if/when we will do a 3.0.6 release. (We might decide to skip a 3.0.6 in favor of pushing a stable 3.1 release out quickly, but right now I am leaning toward doing at least some kind of 3.0.6 release.)

If you can't wait, you might consider upgrading to the 3.1 preview or beta release.

Is there branch/version for 3.0.x (3.0.6) in cvs ?

There is not branch yet, but we 'll add one eventually if we create a 3.0.6
