 Post subject: How to implement such difficult sub query?

,(select category, max(uploadTime) as uploadTime
from document
group by categroy) bb
where aa.category=bb.category and aa.uploadTime=bb.uploadTime


I have try some method but it doesn't work. Pls give me some hints. Thanks.

What you have won't work, but I'm not quite sure what you're trying to get.

that's a trandictional SQL which can run well in pqsql.

how to turn it to a HSQL?
