update site http://downloads.jboss.com/jbosside/upd ... velopment/ does contain alpha4.
I downloaded zip file and unzip and copy plugins dir to eclipse.
It seems does not work.

the update site does not contain alpha4 because of issues with versioning of eclipses Milestone builds.

Unzipping the downloadable should just work - especially if you use eclipse 3.1 ;)
