hibernate 2.1.6[b]
[b]Ehcache 1.1

Progress V9.1E

Hi I can't understand how ehcache works: When I run the following query
Code:
select marque.libelle from test.db.DbMarque marque where (marque.codeMarque = 'TEST")
Ehcache is not involved

But whe I run
Code:
select test.db.DbMarque marque where (marque.codeMarque = 'TEST")
There is a look up done to the cache.

Does ehcache only cache 'full' object ?

thanks for help.
