Hi, Can we use Hibernate in Stateless Session EJB? Does anyone have any idea how to use Hibernate in WebSphere? Are there any tools available to generate mapping files? Thanks in advance....

Yes Hibernate can be used from SLSBs.

There is Middlegen for H2.x and eclipse tools for H3.x which can generate mapping documents (and more).
