How do I get a hold of the source code for the eclipse plugin?

Is there any donwload site? I can't visit that CVS because I need to use http proxy and I don't know how to config WINCVS to use http proxy.

I have downloaded the source code from cvs in company. I can't download it in customer's cvs throw http proxy.
seems your cvs do not support http proxy.
