Hibernate version:
2.1.8

I design a program use hibernate to manage my logs, all logs will be listed by my program. The logs are automatic inserted to database by another program.

The problem is that : after I start my program to query and show log, all new coming logs which is inserted by another program will not be detected.

For example, I run my program to list the logs, it works. But if the log server insert new logs to the database(outside the JVM, it is a C++ program), my program only can list the previous ones, the new comings are ignored. It seem the cache data is not correct.

I don't configure the second level cache, and will close session after one query, could any one help me?
