createQuery and setEntity with composite key

Hi all,

Is it possible to use a class with a composite key in setEntity() when you are doing a createQuery("...where child.parent=:parent")?

I know it wasn't possible in Hibernate2. If not, are there any alternatives to explicity listing the foreign keys?
