Hi mates, I'm working on a project that needs to run in a distributed architecture. So I have some doubts I would like to solve. My questions are:

Can I use Hibernate3 with JNDI (maybe RMI) so I can invoke methods remotely?

Could I load an object in one machine, do some work with it in a different machine and save the final result correctly?

I would really appreciate any help you could give about this: hints, links, books or whatever you consider of help.

Thank you in advance!! :)

I really need to know more about the above questions.

Thanks. ;-)

Read the reference documentation and buy Hibernate in Action, this is not easily explainable in a forum.
Basically
#1 no
#2 yes
