Hi,

Here's what I want to do,

a ) Create my EJB 3 session & entity beans.

b ) Test them using Hibernate 3 and spring.

c) Deploy the same classes to my EJB container ( JBOSS ).

d) Run them in my EJB container, they should run the exact same
because JBoss EJB 3 is a thin layer on top of hibernate.

---------

But it doesn't work ... I'm using a import javax.persistance.*; for my annotations, however the hibernate examples were using import
javax.ejb.*; which is the correct import namespace ?

I get the following error when trying to run my Hibernate stuff.

org.hibernate.MappingException: An AnnotationConfiguration instance is required to use <mapping clazz="ie.jestate.pojo.User"/>

Any ideas ?

Thanks

Bryan

PS: Your recent stuff with annotations is SO cool.

The persistence package is the new one in the spec.
I'm currently migrating Hibernate Annotations to the last early draft (2).
