Is there a way to designate the lazy, cascade, and inverse properties
for all Sets ?

Or for a particular Set?

There is support for the global cascade setting through the Ant script.
Middlegen core does not have support for adding custom properties to a relationship thus its limited in this area (otherwise I would have done it ages ago). If I ever have the time I (had) intended to do this. Have to see where the tools options take us into the future.
