Hi, I tried searching the forum but did not find an answer for my question. We are currently using JBoss 3.2.3 but would like to have our Session automatically closed by JBoss. Is it fine if we just take the HibernateContext (and related code) and rebuild JBoss using it ? Any possible problems ?

Thanks

Seems to me it should be ok. Just pick jboss-hibernate.jar from 3.2.6 release, drop it into your server/xxx/lib and try. Most probably it's enough.

Exactly. You should not have to rebuild jboss. The Hibernate integration stuff uses some JBoss classes, but nothing in JBoss depends upon it.
