Hi All,

I'm using Hibernate 2.1 for implementing a client-server application.
I am facing the problem that the initialization of Hibernate is quite long. This may due to the high amount of mapping files I have (currently I have only 30 but this will soon go up to 100 and later even more). The problem is that users need only a smaller amount (according to their privileges in the system) in one session.

Is it possible to load Hibernate mapping files on-demand, only when the engine actually needs them? Isn't there a callback-like functionality which would make it possible that I lazy load the mapping files?

I wouldn't like to analyse the access rigths of the user and load mapping files according to that because certain users may have rights to use a huge proportion of the system but actually use only some functions in one session.
