Hi,

We've been using Hibnernate version 2.1.4 on Sybase ASE 12.5 for a while now (very +ive experience), but I'm considering moving to v3.
Just looking for some feedback on the impact of this move with regard to

1. Scale of code changes required (barring the obvious package name change)

2. Stability of v3

3. Performance

I know I could just go ahead and try it, but feedback from those who've already done it will help.
