Hello,
I am using Hibernate-Middlegen r5 plugin and the latest hibernate extensions. Middlegen generates the mapping file and then hbm2java runs to generate Java files. Now i want to generate equals and has method in generated POJO so please tell me how can i do that ( dont want maual meta tags but thru GUI).
Also want to ask should we use the plugin from middlegen CVS or from hibernate site the r5 version. And the hibernate site's version where is its source code available?

Regards,
Shoaib Akhtar

The GUI has the toggle boxes for selection of equals and hashcode for hbm2java to use in its generation phase. For the moment use R5, in anycase it is the CVS version with all of the 'extra' plugins removed.
