If there a business support service for this software
Would you pay for it by "email support ", and how much(each question, average).
Would you pay for it monthly, and how much.
Would you pay for it by "calling support ", and how much(each question, average).
Would you pay for it by "web support ", and how much(each question, average).
And any other type of service, please tell me, and how much.

I am learning in Japanese Univercity, I need everyone's help finishing my bachelor report. I am researching in some support service business, and I want fill my report with some believiable numbers.
Thank you for your help.

oh i don't think this is the good place to talk a bout this, you should better interview Christian or JBoss to have all the parameters about training and support
