How To Synchronize data between tables of diffrent database

Hi, I need to Synchronize data between two tables with unique structure from
diffrent database both using hibernate, and also no duplication must exist in data.
is there a way to achieve this using hibernate.

Be more specific with your problem. There are solutions, with or wo hibernate to achieve that.
