 Post subject: No relationship when using Middlegen

Hibernate version 2.1.4
MySQL version 4.0.18 using InnoDB
JDBC connector mysql-connector-java-3.0.14-production-bin.jar
Middlegen-Hibernate-r4

When using middlegen to access mySQL database, I can generate the xml files, java files but I can't see the relationship.

I'm using mySQL InnoDB with foreign keys for my table.

All help will be greatly appreciated.
