Hi,

I'd like to know if it is possible to have an database id (primarey key) generated but without having an id attribute in the matching class.

Is this the right configuration :
<id column="objectid" type="long">
<generator class="hilo"/>
</id>

Not as far as I know...
Anyway, where would Hibernate store the ID then ?
